1. Choose Any Provider

With REDEEM™ HealthShare, you're not restricted by a network. You have the flexibility to visit the doctor, hospital, or healthcare provider of your choice. This includes specialists, primary care physicians, and more.

2. Show Your Member Card

At every appointment, present your REDEEM™ HealthShare member card, which contains all the billing information your provider should need. If your provider isn’t familiar with REDEEM™ HealthShare, direct them to the REDEEM™ website or download and print the Guide for Providers and take it with you. If they still have questions, our team is just a phone call away, and we're happy to walk them through the process.

3. Submitting a Bill

Ask your healthcare provider to bill REDEEM™ HealthShare directly using the EDI number on your membership card. They handle the billing, and REDEEM™ HealthShare coordinates sharing and payment for eligible medical expenses. Payments are made directly to the provider from Shares you collect from the REDEEM™ member community.

If you run into any issues, don't delay your care. And if you need to make a payment, simply pay the lowest amount required and submit the itemized bill to REDEEM™ HealthShare. Your eligible bills will be processed and shared by the community.

Before any medical expenses can be shared, you must meet your Annual Unshareable Amount (AUA) and Co-Share (if applicable).

4. Medical Bills Shared

Whether your provider bills REDEEM™ HealthShare directly or you pay your provider and submit your bills, eligible medical expenses can be shared by the REDEEM™ community as long as your AUA and Co-Share have been met.
