Understanding Your AUA

The Annual Unshareable Amount (AUA) is the amount that your household membership will pay directly to providers towards your eligible medical expenses before the community begins sharing your costs. You selected your AUA when you joined REDEEM™ HealthShare. To check the amount you've paid towards your AUA, please visit your Member Center.

Praying for Others

Our needs go beyond the physical; as we navigate life's challenges and triumphs, we also need emotional and spiritual support. As followers of Christ, we can lift one another up to the Lord, spreading hope, love, and joy through prayer and encouragement. Go to the Member Center often and connect with the REDEEM™ community.

A Few Reminders

  • Sharing Limits: For the first 90 days, only bills resulting from injury, acute illness, or accident are eligible for sharing, with a cap of $50,000 per household membership. After 90 days, eligible medical needs are shared according to the Sharing Guidelines.
  • Secondary to Other Sources: REDEEM™ HealthShare is secondary to other sources of payment.
  • AUA Details: The Annual Unshareable Amount applies to all participants on the household membership, not per person. Members are allowed to change their Annual Unshareable Amount level or sharing program within 30 days of a qualifying life event. See Guidelines for full details.
