Program Change Request
Members may update their program or Annual Unshareable Amount (AUA) within 30 days of a qualifying life event, with the effective date being the first day of the following month.
Qualifying Life Events
- Change in marital status
- Change in child/dependents
- Birth/Adoption
- Loss of spouse
- Loss of employment
- Dependent turns 26
- Turning 65 and joining REDEEM® SeniorSaver
Switching Fees and Program Adjustments
A $100 switching fee applies when changing your program or AUA level, and your AUA will reset for the year. Switching from REDEEM® Essential to REDEEM® Enhanced or lowering your AUA resets the 12-month waiting period for certain conditions and treatments.
Adding or removing members can be done anytime.
