Sharing Appeal Request

At REDEEM HealthShare, we care deeply about you as a member and are committed to fairness and transparency in all aspects of your membership. If you disagree with a bill-sharing eligibility decision, you may appeal if you believe:

1. your medical records were misread,
2. the Guidelines were misapplied,
3. your providers incorrectly recorded your medical history, or
4. the Guidelines do not address your situation.

Once we receive your completed appeal form, we'll begin the review process. To better understand how the sharing appeal process works, you can refer to Section IV.K. of the REDEEM Sharing Guidelines.
